This course takes learners through the fundamentals of the roasting process, and how a roaster can control it. This course explores the key determinants of roasting and the changes they cause, in terms of physical changes & chemical reactions. Whether a learner plans to roast professionally or just as a hobby, this is definitely a fun-filled day as this course focuses hands-on learning, while supplemented by some theoretical knowledge.
